1. General Information

This website sells sticker products within Europe. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Shipping conditions.

2. Orders

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday.
  • Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • If any item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

✔ Stripe

  • Credit & debit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Other payment methods supported by Stripe (availability may vary by region)

✔ Bank Transfer

Payment details are shown at checkout.
Orders are shipped after the payment arrives in our bank account.
Customers must include the order number or reference provided at checkout in the bank transfer to ensure timely processing.

✔ Monero (XMR)

Crypto payments must be sent to the address provided at checkout.
Orders are shipped after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
Customers must include the order ID or reference when submitting the transaction, if their wallet supports attaching a note.
If notes are not supported, customers must ensure the exact amount is sent to avoid processing delays.


4. Shipping

Shipping Area

We currently ship within Europe only.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–8 business days after payment is received.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 3–14 business days, depending on your country and postal service.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped via standard Lithuanian postal mail unless otherwise specified, orders within Lithuania may be shipped with “Omniva”.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary based on destination and order size.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days with photos of the envelope and products.

A package is considered “lost” if it has not arrived 30 days after the carrier marks it as shipped and the shipment includes tracking.

For tracked packages that are confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Untracked shipments are not eligible for loss compensation.


7. Returns & Refunds

Since our products are small, custom, or printed items, returns are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, or
  • The wrong item was sent.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear
  • Used or opened items

8. Custom Orders (If Applicable)

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or incorrect printing.


9. Legal
